We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Any returned items must meet the following conditions:
1. Visibly unused, with original tags and/or packaging still attached
2. All accessories must be returned with the item
3. Items must be returned in their original condition
If you do need to return an item, please contact us via our Facebook page or directly at admin@thebamboolady.com before returning any items as we may be able to assist you without a return.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed and we do not accept returns of final-sale items.
Items that are refundable will be processed upon receipt and inspection. Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If a different payment method was used online than what was used in store, the refund will be applied to the method used online.
